BIOGRAPHY

EARLY HISTORY
Born on the planet Tygaria to a prominent political family in the year 2363 under normal Tygarian circumstances. His parents wanted him and loved him from the moment he was born. He was their precious jewel of hope and life and their sign that their prayers were answered. He was raised by both of his parents: his father a 111th Councilman on his 2nd term at his birth and A Tygarian art historian. He lived a very luxurious life as his parents were well off. His quality of life during his childhood was that of a loved and spoiled child. His parents gave him anything he so desired if he so earned.
Growing up during the Dominion War his family became involved with the Federation and helped with contributing with the writing of certain terms for certain documents by providing their neutrality experience. His parents urge the Federation Council that the Tygerians wished to abstain from supporting the Federation genocide of the Orion Syndicate. Other than these events he traveled every 5 years to Bajor. Having visited once as a child he fell in love with the Bajoran fine arts.
His immediate closest relatives are both of his living parents. He gets along amazingly with them.
He shares artistic passions with his mother. While with his father he loves ideological and intellectual debates which require his critical thinking. Currently his father Roerrtig Appa is on his 7th Tygarian Council term. His mother D’Kajlte Appa now curates Human Art History. He has two younger siblings who were adopted but he isn’t closed to them as they are only infants. Their names as Plea’tor Appa, and Wen’quo Appa. They are both Andorian orphans who had nobody after a random battle during the Dominion War. They were found by his mother who adopted them with full support from her husband. The fact his father has been locally reelected so many times to his planet’s government is an amazing local achievement he loves to brag about. His family have made a small fortune over the years. They make a migration to Bajor every 5 years to sightsee and curate fine arts. One great act of philanthropy from his family is adopting the two orphans and providing for them. He is very well educated having learned from his parents.

RECENT HISTORY
He is currently livin on the french campus of the Starfleet Academy. He has a small passion for Federation politics which is more of an interest than a passion. He is living like an average Starfleet cadet. He however due to his species physiology prefers to sleep underneath his bed. His bed is filled with boxes of special creams he uses to ensure his skin doesn’t dry out or crack. He does not have any romantic relations of any sort. He deals with his roommate, Gurgly who is an Ariolo. They are both friends and enjoy each other’s company. Despite both being in different majors: Gurgly is Diplomacy while Appa is Medicine. One upper classmate known as Jenja, a classmate often bullies Appa. However Appa is passive about it despite disliking Jenja. Currently he has no blood feud vendettas or deep seated hatred towards nobody. He was taught by his parents about the beauties of life, friendship, cooperation, and diplomacy. Recent events from the Hobus Supernova Incident made both his parents found the Romulan Displaced Children Organization which would place Romulan children affected by it with caring, nurturing and financially stable homes from throughout the Federation. The Organization placed children whose Romulan parents due to circumstances couldn’t take care of them and Romulan children who for any circumstance had nowhere and no one to turn to with Federation citizens who willingly, kindly, and honorably wanted too.

MOTIVATION
His biggest three goals for 2398 are: Complete his cadet cruise aboard Starbase 318, make a complete painting from scratch, and visit Bajor with someone special. He wishes to become a renowned Federation doctor one day and maybe even make a few lifetime achievements. In the next five years he plans on having at least a promotion as well as a medical award. Within this time he plans on conducting major clinical research for his personal passion. By the next decade he expects to be a recognizable aspiring medical expert with a significant amount of contributions to the medical field. The next twenty years he expects to be working fully for Starfleet Medical. In the long run he wants a lasting medical legacy that benefits billions of beings plus he wants to have his research make an astounding medical breakthrough.
Relationship wise he intends on devoting his life to medicine but requires his mate to be outside the field. This will ensure he doesn’t lose sight of the other wonders of life. His ideal mate would be someone who shares similarities with him but who also wishes to fully support him 100%.
His deities are a father god and a mother god. He is a devout worshipper. He personally dislikes Klingon theology. His greatest fear is to die. His greatest hope is medicine. He refuses to be violent even for a split second.

IDIOSYNCRASIES
His favorite saying is “peace be upon you” while his favorite motto is “in anger you only defeat yourself”. His favorite color is orange. He is open minded to wearing anything that conveys tradition yet artistic expression when off duty otherwise he is content with wearing standard authorized Starfleet medical uniforms. His favorite food since he was a child is the bajoran spicy Hasperat which resembles a Terran burrito. He also enjoys french cuisine. He dislikes TErran burritos as he thinks they are far sweeter than his favored Hasperat. His favorite drink is fresh non purified and non replicated water. But he tolerates replicated water in its place.his favorite animal is the earth fried egg jellyfish. Arguing and fighting are the only thing he hates from people and avoids them. Rudeness from someone is his one and only pet peeve. Often he crosses his arms by his waist when listening to someone. When focusing he puts his hands on his face and raises both hands index fingers. Besides his Tygarian specs he has no distinguishing marks.

He is ambitious. As he has strong ambition to accomplish his career goals.
He is contemplative. As he spends leisure tie peacefully admiring, analyzing and curating art.

He is reluctant against other religions as he will not change his views for anybody.
He can be extremely overly violent once driven to the edge.
