Taov Thol

Basic Description: Taov is a recent graduate of Star-Fleet Academy after having grown up in interstellar space on his family’s cargo ship. He’s shorter than the average Star-Fleet officer with a thick, sturdy core, long and flowing brunette hair, and when needed a roaring snort to warn aggressors away.

Academy: As a cadet Taov had earned reputations for loud disagreement, his appetite, shuttle piloting, boxing and hand-to-hand combat with the crushing force of his right hook or a well-aimed headbutt.

Star-Fleet Record: His first posting to Deep Space K2 had last only four months before a transfer had been requested. This was not long after a citation for violence during “barfight incidents.” His next ship, the USS Defiant, had been served on for less than eight months before the next transfer papers were signed - that time by his DH. This was, again, after less than a month since being cited for shouting at the ship’s quartermaster.

Serving on the all-Tellarite ship USS Gral was his longest posting at one year and three months, but, again Taov put in for transfer, this time not for disliking the ship, but, for wanting to give working closely with more humans another attempt. While Taov has been cited for unruly behaviour on more than one occassion, his shuttle piloting skills and effectiveness in hand-to-hand combat were continually trained and earned him some praise on his record - covering up at least some of those scratches.
