Johnson’s brow creased as he thought for a moment, his prosthetic hand rubbing the bearded chin. “Hmmm.... it’s been a while now. Something uninspiring I recall, like ‘Effects of double degenerate Type 1A gravity on subspace fields’. If I recall, the replicating of the gravitational waves is in the paper - including a very stern warning not to repeat the experiment outside of a controlled environment.”

“That warning must be the highlight of that paper, sir.” It was clear the Andorian was being facetious, as it shone within her eyes, despite her voice remaining with its characteristic ill mannered chill.

“Well, Lieutenant, I hope you keep me updated with whatever you come up with your science team. Possibly before mirroring my own youthful attempts at wrecking my assigned ships,” Johnson said with a grin.
