USS Endeavour
Medical check in
The halls were an ugly shade of white. Uneven white at that. In some spots in was quite clear they’d been repainted to look ‘fresh’, but rather it had done the opposite, simply becoming a blended white ball of disaster.
None the less though, Kordalie paced forward toward the med-bay for the first time. She could only hope to herself that everything was well kept and under control. ‘Why wouldn’t it be though?’, she thought to herself as her walking grew slower. Suddenly any feelings of hope became over thrown by the idea of a messy medbay. She’d never met these people in her life and what if they were mean to her or were just total idiots?..
The short statured Orion inhaled sharply, clenching and uncleching her fists several times before quickly moving forward. The faster this was over, the better, right? All she had to do was go in there and let someone examine her, probably with some alien technique. Doctors truly were the WORST patients.
There it was. The med-bay door. She stared at it, hands shaking as she reached forward so her hand would trigger the automatic door.
‘Come on, you massive loser. Open the door. Do it. Come on!!’ with one foul swing she darted forward enough for the door to open. Kordalie filed in with her hands folded in front of her. She stood up completely and utterly straight, scanning the room for any sort of Doctor to help her out with her examination. She didn’t want to be rude and say anything like, ‘hey could I get some help’ so she stood there, nervously biting her lip and assessing the condition of the room. Everything so far LOOKED in order, besides the beds being ever so slightly lopsided to the right by less than a centimeter, which personally made her insides feel all burnt up. The Orion trudged closer to one of the empty beds, gently reaching out and scooting it over before scooting back towards the wall, staring up at the ceiling to ignore the rest of the beds.
