Eshrallias caught sight of the somewhat evasive counselor, taking a second before determining it was her. Judging by the Denobulan species and her pips, it seemed a wise conclusion. Progressing towards her, Vheris recognized the PaDDs and expression of concentration, that would easily denote she was busied with true work that happened to make a home in front of her. Silently, she paused beside the woman, taking a split second to decide whether or not it would be wise to interrupt her. However, deducing that her pretense there would make it far too awkward not to speak, she chose to make her presence known.
“Hello,” She greeted, her tone somewhat matching the chilled appearance that she held. After all, an immense creature with sky blue skin, pigmentless white hair, nearly white eyes and two antennae protruding from her cranium, was certainly a cold sight. “Do you have a moment to spare, counselor?”
Lt. Eshrallias
CSOSetting down her PADD, Liadra offered a wide smile and gestured to the other chair at her table. “Of course, please join me. And since you already know who I am, you get to tell me who you are and what I can do for you.” This could have come off as irritated but her tone suggested nothing but delight and curiosity.

Vheris appeared to have no physical, by body language, response to the woman. She inclined her head, lowering herself into a chair opposite of the counselor. “I am Lt. Eshrallias Vheris, the new science officer. I merely came to inquire as to whether or not you had the time to perform a psychological evaluation?”
Lt. Eshrallias
CSO“Absolutely!” Liadra said enthusiastically before she leaned in slightly. “Are you hungry or thirsty? Maybe I could get something for you since you came all this way?” she suggested as she rose to her feet.

Eshrallias was a rather introverted soul, finding herself uncertain as to how to react to the blunt enthusiasm that the counselor constantly portrayed. Quietly, she gave a nod of her head. “If you don’t mind, water will do.”

CSO“Not at all, I’ll be back in a moment,” the Denobulan said as she rose to her feet.
A minute later, Liadra returned with a glass of water and a mug of a slightly sweet smelling drink. She set them down on the table and took her seat again. Bringing the mug to her lips, she sipped lightly and sighed slightly in contentedness. “So, you’re new too. What do you make of the ship and your assignment?”
Lt. Cmdr. Liadra, CNS
“Thank you, Counselor.” She inclined her head as a way to add to the graditute within her voice. She was a polite being, which was the only part of her personality that eradicated the idea of her being a complete sociopath. Which, she was, but was incredibly high functioning and not sadistic. “Quite new, yes.” She responded, “I don’t believe I have enough information to respond to such a question, properly. However, the Endeavour seems to be a good ship. The atmosphere is simple enough. As for the assignment, it will be interesting to act less as a normal science officer but more as a partial teacher and partial officer on the training vessel.”
Lt. Eshrallias
CSO“First impressions can be very important.” She leaned forward a bit and smiled conspiratorially. “I don’t know about you but I have a good feeling about this place.” Liadra leaned back and sipped her drink again. It was kind of nice that so many of the senior staff were boarding around the same time. It meant they were all learning this ship together.
Lt. Cmdr. Liadra, CNS
“‘A good feeling?’” She looked about the lounge, as if determining whether or not she agreed with the Counselor’s remark. “Yes, you might be right.” She nodded, allowing her antennae to relax back into a general position. “I can only assume you are new, as well, Counselor. What is your impression of this ship; if I am not out-of-line to ask.”
