Having found a few spare moments, Keena decided she best check in with the CNS and get her psych eval done with before moving her way through the rest of the DHs to introduce herself and whatnot.

Ringing the chime to the office, she hoped the CNS was in, if not she was sure they could find a mutually agreeable time to meet and get this off her to do list.

It was a toss-up these days if you’d find Liadra in her office, but the XO lucked out and she was actually in. “Come in!” a cheery voice sounded.

Sitting at her desk, the Denobulan was working on reviewing some earlier notes she had made before she updated the corresponding personnel file. Looking up, she smiled widely. “Commander! Come in and have seat in the sitting area. I’ll be right with you.” She hadn’t decorated all that much, but there was a fine knit throw over the back of the couch in a teal blue and the fuzziness of its fibres spoke to its softness. Other than that, there was a clear ball on her desk that seemed like it would be a paperweight… if Liadra used paper at all.

“Can I get you anything?” Liadra asked

“I would love a Vanilla Chai Latte if you wouldn’t mind,” Keena replied with a smile, taking a seat on the couch, her eyes scanning over the office. She always liked to see how everyone else arranged their offices, it helped her to better understand officers under her, so she could better work with them.

“I think I can manage that,” the Denobulan replied. The hit a few more keys to finish up her task and the logged out of her terminal. Grabbing the requested drink, she joined Vahl on the couch and set the drink before her visitor. “So Commander, first impressions of the ship and crew?” She figured they might as well get right into it as they were being social.
