“Starfleet changed my life greatly. I didn’t have very much purpose before I joined and now… now I feel amazing. More centered, calmer.” Cain said as he thought about the history he had here.

“Hw so?” Liadra asked, giving him her full attention. “What was it specifically that Starfleet changed for you?” Every person who walked through her door had their own story. Whether it factored in to her evaluation depending on many variable and the jury was still out when it came to the new COS.
