OOC: Hi! welcome to STF! I just want to give you a few pointers for to start a thread. What you wrote in the content section is what the thread topic title should be. From there you would write a blurb about what you character says and does in the content section and when you were finished you would put your signature on the line below your last sentence. In this case your signature would be “Cadet Paragon- Security”. You can rename this thread if you would like or start another one, but in terms of content. You could just write about how your character feels before reporting for duty standing outside the COS’s door, or anything it else. It just needs to have a narrative structure. Like “Rainns was nervous about the office, it was his first day and he had no idea what to expect.” Like writing a chapter of a book.
