Finally getting a moment Zenzgii made a detour down to sickbay to finish another step in his evaluations. As the bay doors slid open our little Saurian sauntered his way into the lobby to be checked in. “Hello? Is anyone about to spare enough time for a quick evaluation?” He blinked both sets of eyelids as he stood by.

“Oh! Lieutenant Zenzgii. Let me get Lieutenant Mika for you,” said NE Roels to Zenzgii, and then he hurried off into the bustling Sickbay, where several others were getting their evals done.

A few moments later junior Lieutenant Mika hurried through the Sickbay, stopping shortly in front of Zenzgii and smiling. Though she was only a few inches shorter, at 5’4’’, she felt like she had to look up at the Saurian. She pushed her brown hair, which had once been short, back as if it irritated her. It now reached just below her ears. But was just short enough that it wouldn’t stay behind her ears, leading to much frustration. “Hello! I’m Junior Lieutenant Mika, and I’m the CMO. I heard we were getting a new Chief Engineer! You must be him, huh?” She said, thrusting a hand out to him. She had heard he would be Saurian, so she was pretty sure she was right about who he was.

“Yes, that would be me” The saurians expression and perpetual smile made him look cherub in a way as though you could just reach out and pinch those chubby cheeks. Taking her hand in friendship he shook with a gentle firmness as his nictated membranes blinked over dried eyes. “If you have the time, I’d like to see about getting mine knocked out as well?” he said with a subtle tilt of his head and eye squint.

Mika nodded. “Pick a biobed. We’ll get it over with.” She said, and she grabbed a PaDD and tricorder, treating the new CE pretty much like every new Cadet she’d ever done a boarding eval for.
