OOC: Just super bored, so I thought I would do some character bit

“I love you Imzadi,” Joseph Rainns spoke to the screen before ending the recording. Sighing he looked about his room. It had been just over week since Fayth had left to tart her tour of duty on the Europa. Rainns was still wading through his loneliness. It wasn’t that he did not mind being lonely. He simply would rather be lonely with Fayth than by himself. He spied the half empty wine bottle and gave a melancholic smile. “One day.” he said out loud to nobody. It was late, but he was in no mood to sleep and frankly had no desire to either. Not to mention it really wasn’t late enough to go to bed anyway. He picked up a padd and read over it for a few moments, but did not process a single word. He pulled up his training exercise program on the holodeck and reviewed it, in two days he would start the exercise, and even though he had given the cadets a fair chance at victory, he was determined to prevail over them. ‘After a few minutes of that he turned his viewscreen off and got up from his desk. He wanted to hear from Fayth quicker than once a day, but for now that was all he could get. He briefly considered going down to nine forward, but decided against it, his view of the stars in his quarters was just as good tonight.
