Outside holodeck 2 Sharah pulled up the test program. “The program is designed to provide an ecosystem at random. There will be something that matches each type of medicine. What it is and what materials are available to work with will be random. There is also a patient who is sick or injured in some way. Also chosen at random.” She programmed the computer to provide a scientific tricorder and a type 1 and type 2 phaser. “I’ve added a type 1 and type 2 phaser to the program. You can pick whichever you think you’ll need. Computer begin simulation.”
“PROGRAM ACTIVATED. ENTER WHEN READY.”
Sharah walked over to the door and it opened. The scene surprised her. It looked like the fields along the edge of the Jalaran jungle at home on Betazed. It wasn’t though, but very close. There is a wrecked shuttle craft and a single pilot on the grass outside of the wreckage. She heads in the that direction. By the holodeck door is the tricorder and phasers for Rainns to pick up.

Rainns picked up the tricorder and a type 2 phaser and followed Fayth through the holodeck. The humidity of the program reminded him of his home, and even thought that brought back fond memories, it also brought back his intense annoyance at humid climates. Keeping pace with Sharah he asked in a joking fashion, “Where are the rocks you want me to shoot?”

Sharah looked around, “I don’t know. Taking in the climate we could end up with rock or clay, or even metal from the wreckage. First we need to figure out exactly what we need. That requires figuring out what’s wrong with him,” she nodded towards the pilot laying on the ground. She walked over and knelt down next to the pilot. “He’s semi conscious so possible concussion and shock.” She slowly took in the rest of the pilot’s condition. “Dislocated shoulder and broken leg,” she point to the odd angle the right leg was laying at. “No signs of open wounds. So that means we probably need something for pain right now. The information will be in the tricorder. It will tell you what you need to search for. We’ll also need water,” Sharah stood up and started looking around to see if there was a stream or pond near by. “Then, you get to start shooting. We’ll need something to collect water in and a way to heat it up.”
