OOC: Any one wanna help clean? J/K Seriously feel free to join in though. Also, question: why do we have 3 sickbays? We have sickbay on deck 4, main sickbay on deck 6, and a battle sickbay on deck 9. Is that a typo or is that what we have? Just curious.

It was about 2 hours before Cadet Fayth’s shift ended and sickbay was pretty dead. She had straightened up main sickbay and inventoried all the equipement already. She was not, however, familiar with the different labs and emergency sickbay locations. “NE Nurse. I’m going to start inventoring the labs and maybe the auxilary sickbay locations. From what I’ve seen of misison logs, we don’t usually use them, which means they might be low on equipment of have outdated meds. Call me if anyone comes in.”
“Yes, Doctor. But YOU stay out of the microbiology lab. Lt. Mika finished with that nasty parasite but no need to risk it. We want to make extra sure it’s all dead and gone before you get anywhere around that lab.” NE Nurse said.
Sharah nodded and headed out. She really didn’t need to be reminded. She avoided that lab like…well the plague. She took the turbo lift to deck 4 and walked down to the biochemistry and bioscience labs. Just to be safe she checked the logs. Lt. Mika had not used these labs, so she stepped inside. They looked used, as if cadets or other officers had been in and out conducting their work. “Computer, display mandatory inventory list for this lab.” The display screen pulled up the list and Sharah got to work. After checking the inventory and restocked the one item the labs were low on she stepped out in the hallway. “Computer initiate sanitize cycle for biochemistry and bioscience lab 1.” A smaller sickbay, compared to main sickbay on deck 6, was here but would take longer than she had to check. She would do that another day.

Fayth moved on to deck 7 to check bioscience lab 2. Again she pulled up the mandatory inventory. This lab was sorely out of date, and very dusty. Apparently no one had used this lab in quite awhile. She made note of everything she needed and headed back up to deck 6 to cargo bay 1 to get the supplies needed. Then it was back down to deck 7 to the lab. She choose to clean the lab herself rather than have the computer do it. The work was distracting. When she was done she made sure to add this lab to the signup sheets. Other cadets wouldn’t have to wait so long to get lab time if they realized there were 2 bioscience labs. She stepped out of the lab to a quiet corridor. “Computer what’s the time” “2000 hours.” It was way after her shift. “No wonder I’m hungry.” “PLEASE REPEAT REQUEST”
Sharah shook her head and grinned. “Initiate sanitize protocol for Bioscience Lab 2” “PROTOCOL INITIATED” Sharah leaned back against the bulkhead and waited for the cycle to finish. Once it was she released the lock on the door.
“Time to eat.” Sharah opted for the mess hall on deck 6 rather than her quarters because it was closer.
