Kyle jogged up to a corner of the corridor. This would be the perfect starting point, he decided.
“Right so,” he began, addressing Alli as she rounded the corner, “I say we start slowly then speed up once we’re done talking. What did you want to talk about?”

Tagging along with him, Aili McMorran brought herself to a stop alongside him. “Aye, aye”, she responded simply, before nodding as if to say: “let’s go then”. She burst into a soft jog, expecting Anders to keep himself with her.
