Finding her way there was no problem, walking in was a whole other story. Ashlyn has had a history of visits with Counselors from before she joined Star Fleet, traumatic events made them a nesecity. She had since moved on from those events, though there was still some residual issues that plagued her from time to time. For the most part, they had no noticeable impact on her work. She was more alert than average, and her natural suspicion and caution helped her to take notice of small details, all of which help in making her a better candidate for Security. The drawback being night terrors, paranoia, and trust issues.
