Adinah kept her face firmly in its cheerful mode as she finished reading the cadet’s file. “I’m merely being polite Cadet Douglas,” Adinah stated simply, finally looking up from her PaDD. “I find it helps when working with so many different people to remain polite and get work done.”

“Sorry, I understand. I’m not good with being social” Douglas chuckled.

Tapping at her PaDD a bit to pull up the proper fields, Adinah began asking her regular questions: “have you had an major injuries or illnesses in the past 6 months or anything that isn’t in your file? Have you experienced any changes is eating or sleeping patterns? Have you been to any non-federation planets in the past 6 months?”

Cadet Gartenberg (Medical)

Looking up trying to remember, “No illnesses or injuries I can recall. Sleeping has been… well it hasn’t been great since I’ve entered the academy, eating is fine, and no I have no left federation space recently either.”

Cadet Mika headed this way, stopping near Cadet Gartenburg. “Lieutenant Tija wanted to speak with you. I can handle this,” She said. When Gartenburg had turned to leave, Mika turned and smiled at Cadet Douglas. “Hello! Let’s see where you were here… Ah! Right, so everything’s been pretty normal recently, looks like everything’s been recorded here.” She said, reading it over on the PaDD. She had done a few boarding evals now, and her comfort with it showed. Her actions were smooth, and she no longer seemed awkward or nervous, as she had during her first few tasks. That made Mika quite happy.
