Max just shook his head. He turned back towards Lillian. “Well Cadet, if you’d like, you can stay here and help Cadet Scott. However I’m sure he’ll be able to handle the job here. But if you have the medical experience, we could use you over on the Potterfield to help clear their crew.”
Cmdr. Harkness - XO
Lillian was secretly grateful that she wasn’t have to stay in the sickbay but given that the CMO was out of action it was only wise to advise the XO of her previous Vocation. She really was not all that fond of practicing medicine that why Beyond the monitory studies she done very little with here medical degree.
“I would be more than happy to go back to the Potterfield, to tell you the truth, i am not very good with the doctor thing any way just felt you should know” Lillian was to sure why she had spoken that way to her CO. Lillian look a away for a second before apologising.
“sorry sir to much information there” Lillian advised CMDR Harkness
” tho i would advise transport direct from here to avoid any further risk to the rest of the crew” Lillian was sure that all of the crew that had been on the Potterfield before where a greater risk to the crew.
“we all are posable carriers of this” Lillian was sure this was going to get a lot worse before it got better.Cadet Lillan Anderson Security
Further from the crowd, Torrirs, perched upon a biobed, sat with arms hugging their knees closer to their chest. A shiver ran down their spine, alerting every fine hair on their body. It was all too confusing to them; minutes before they’d been parched by the sickbay’s overwhelming heat and now they felt as though Antarctica would have been warmer than their biobed. Dazed by their delusions, there was nothing they desired more than to bask in the warmth of a star’s motherly rays. Maybe then they’d have energy instead of this slump that begged them to stay put rather than chewing out Sickbay’s staff over this insufferable cold.
Seconds, like hours, passed but even in their bundle they couldn’t latch on to warmth. They rocked. Every fibre in their being, stiff to the core, screamed in protest. Occasionally they would have the irrepressable urge to jerk, but the relief was short lived and left them craving something more. It was terribly frustrating.
Dr. Torrirs
=/\= Davis to Harkness. Have you coordinated the away team for the Potterfield? They will need to begin their preparations in concert with the development of the delivery mechanism and treatment. =/\=
