About an hour passed before Garth showed up at Korczak’s door, looking a bit worse for wear. His hair was even more frazzled than usual and he smelled strongly of chemicals and smoke. Garth pressed the chime once and held it for a moment, causing a longer ring than necessary. Then he leaned on his cane and watched the door expectantly.

When the door slid open, Garth immediately stepped through, hobbling over to the nearest seat and sitting heavily with an audible ‘oof.’ With no introduction, Garth put his gloved hands to his face and pulled his cheeks downward in an expression of exasperation before grumbling, “it’s been a long day counselor. So let’s make this quick.”
