John Laurens put on his duty uniform, and patted it down. Though it was a training ship, he was nervous to get started aboard a real Starfleet ship. Before the real action started, though, he had to do a check in with the ship’s Counselor. He made his way to the Counselor’s office, thinking about his life before the Academy, and looking forward to the future.
