OOC: I took the discription from the bridge and altered it a bit for what I assumed we’d experience in sickbay without knowing what the bridge knows. I hope that was alright.

IC:
The first warning was the sudden tenseness Ilena sensed in the ship. Then it was the red glow to everything in sickbay along with the klaxons. Everyone on the ship felt the tug as the inertial dampeners struggled against the backwards movement, causing everyone to stabilize themselves. Ilena grabbed onto the nearest biobed for support. Ril was suddenly beside Ilena, his large body supporting hers and keep her steady.

She felt something hit the ship sending everyone not in a chair to the ground. RIl did his best to keep Ilena from falling, but as the ship was knocked downward with great force she fell anyway.. Sparks flew around the bay as the the ship was hit again and again. Ilena could feel the ship begin a downward spin, as power flickered on and off in protest.

The ship seemed to be spinning out of control. Ril was doing his best to lay across her and keep her still. The g force was unusual and told Ilena that some major damage had happened. “Hold position until the ship settles. Don’t try to get up, or you’ll hurt yourself with the equipment being flung around. Everyone call out!”

From her position on the floor she could see the main display and watched for incoming medical alerts.
