The person who entered sickbay was Cadet John Forster he had puzzled face as he said “sorry sir I am Cadet Forster I just got on board and need my blading physical” he said. This cadet was 5’11 with short dirty blonde hair and gray and green eyes. His body was fit and slim he had a par of glasses on also.cadet John Forster (Security)
A woman, mid to late 30s, walked out of the CMO office. She spoke quietly to Yancy and then moved toward the cadet. She had curly more brown than auburn hair to her shoulders. In the lights of the medical bay and the bounce of the curls, the auburn highlights made her hair seem to have flickers of fire.
Her direct all black gaze marked her as Betazoid. Over her medical uniform was a lab coat. The other most significant thing about her was a large white and tan Siberian Husky at her side. It wore a vest that said Service Dog. I am working, please don’t distract me.
“Welcome to the medical bay Cadet Forester. I’m Dr. Rox the new Chief Medical Officer. Right this way and we will get you settled.” She motioned to a biobed for him to occupy while she turned it on to start taking his vitals. “How was your trip out?”
OOC: This is your opportunity to make note of what your characters base line vitals are, or any irregularities there might be. Examples might be heart rate, blood pressure, respiration, blood oxygen levels, cardio vascular rhythms, neurological rhythms, etc. They can be normal or you can choose to have them be off.
Lt. Rox, Chief Medical Officer
OCC: let’s say his vitals show him very, very fit with O+ blood. According to his records, his appendix ruptured when he was 16 years old during a martial arts contest (a Klingon did an illegal blow) but still won. His last name is the same as a family of doctors. His mom and him were the black sheep of the family But he can be used as a combat medic.
John got onto the bio bed and let it take his vitals as his medical records popped up. He started to relax his body 3 days in a packed shuttle was not a good trip. His eyes closed and he started to take a small nap

Ilena smirked slightly as the young Cadet began to doze off. It was so many years ago for her now, but she remembered how exhausted she was her first night of her Cadet tour. All the excitement had worn off on the trip out, to be replaced by worry, doubt, and still feeling like a kid. Totally exhausting.
She finished her scans and compared them to his last physical at the Academy. (OOC: any differences?)
Lt. Rox, Chief Medical Officer
OCC: not nothing but he now has no appendix.
John was asleep and was having a nightmare about the last time he saw his mother and the nightmare made his pulse speed up.
cadet John Forster (Security)
Ilena’s scans recorded the increased heart rate and the adrenaline spike and the that he had entered REM sleep. He was having a nightmare. She made a note to let Cmdr Arlander know.
She set a gentle hand on his shoulder. “Cadet Forster, John, wake up,” she said kindly.
Lt. Rox, Chief Medical Officer
John woke up with a bit of a start but he was relaxed. He opened his eyes and pulled himself up from laying down and was now setting. “Was I talking in my sleep” he asked with his hand rest on an old badge he had clipped to his belt.
Cadet John Forster (Security)
“No, Cadet. Alright,” Ilena put her tricorder down, “keep her head still and follow my finger with your eyes.” She held up her index finger and moved it right, left, up, and down. She wat he’d his eyes as he did so.
Then she took out a small pen like device and Checked his reflexes at his ankles, knees, and elbows.
She held out two fingers on each hand, “squeeze as hard as you can. Then relax instantly.”
Lt. Rox, Chief Medical Officer
John did what he was asked and he squeezed her fingers. “Sorry if I squeezed to hard” he said he then relaxed his body. “So what’s the news doc am I good to go” he asked with a smile
John Forster (Security)
“Not at all. It’s an occupational requirement to be impervious to squeezing,” Dr. Rox said with a twinkle in her eye. “Alright, take off your glasses, please.” Rox turned the lights down and put a Snellen eye chart on the wall across from him. “Read the smallest row that you can see clearly.”
Lt. Rox, Chief Medical Officer
John took off his glasses and looked at the chart. He squinted his eyes a little bit and clearly said “F,C no E, T,I R no P” when he was done he put his glasses back on. “ sorry I know my eye site is a little off, but I prefer my glasses compared to contacts when I am on away missions I can use tactical glasses that can stay on my face” he said with a small chuckle to himself. He was human after all.
cadet John Forster (Security)
Ilena nodded and made note of it. “Can you read the chart now with your glasses on?”
Lt. Rox, Chief Medical Officer
John smiled “yes I can” he looked at the cart “F,E,T,I,P” he finish reading the needed line with out problem. He started to relax again and felt tired again he didn’t get much sleep on the shuttle it was all ready 17:30 he was going to sleep good tonight.
Cadet John Forster (Security)
“Excellent. Alright, I’m going to do a quick exam of your eyes, make sure your lenses are correct and then you’ll be done.” As Rox set up the scanners for his eyes she asked, “Have you ever considered corrective surgery for your eyes?”
Lt. Rox, Chief Medical Officer
John heard the familiar question “ the glasses I have on the frame belong to my grandfather on my mothers side and I hate things touching my eyes so I am very ok with my eyes” he said trying to dance around the subject.
cadet John Forster (Security)
Rox nodded, “No problem. I’ve added that to your file, so hopefully you won’t be asked again.” She set her PaDD down. “Now, as for the field medic training, there will be certifications before the end of this tour. I’ll add you to the list. Make sure to let Lt. Zunara know that you want that certification.” She pressed a button the on the biobed. The computer trilled and then turned off. “Alright Cadet, you’re cleared for duty. Do you have any questions?”
OOC: So if you go in to reply here, you will be able to copy the coding for the summary medical chart I have listed below. Then you can paste it into your character’s bio.
I am also assuming that he is 21 years old, in his last part of his senior year at the Academy. The current club year is 2400, so that would make his birth year 2379. You can adjust this if you would like him to be older. I have also included links to information if you would like to provide more details or adjust what I have put. I picked something at random based on what you posted. So please make it more accurate. :)Medical:
Medical history: At the age of sixteen, the patient suffered an ruptured appendix during a martial arts tournament. He wears glasses and has no desire for corrective surgery.

“Nope no questions” he said as he started to walk for exit. “I will be grabbing some chow before I turn in early. Sleeping in the bunk in the hall way can be hard I guess “
