Nariman was looking at his own reflection on a reflective surface, wiping off the sweat on his face and straightening his uniform. Although it was a simple check-in, Nariman didn’t want the counselor to believe he was having a mental breakdown on his first day. As soon as he felt presentable he made his way to the counselors office.

“Cadet Nariman checking-in.”

“Come in Cadet,” Viveca replied at the door chime, “I’ve just helped myself to an iced coffee, so feel free to grab yourself something from the replicator if you like.”
