Suddenly, the ship shook like it had been hit (while still at warp). Power flickered and the ship went automatically to red alert.

For those working nearby, the uneven power caused some chaos when EPS relays blew. In Holodeck 1, it created a rather dramatic event when Ensign Akala Helbrin’s program glitched and the handle she was gripping while swinging through an obstacle course blinked out of existence and she fell hard t o the ground. This coincided with a less than stellar safety catch from the safety protocols and only half her body landed on the forcefield and she rolled off it to the ground. Unfortunately, the ground was uneven rock and she yelped in pain as she landed face down. Everything spun around her and then went dark.

A minute later, she groaned and tried to push herself upright. The Napean managed to tap her commbadge. =/\=Enshen Akal-a to Shickbay. Holodeck… one. I… fell.=/\= Then she passed out again.
