Ethan stepped out of the turbolift, narrowly avoiding an engineering cadet rushing to get to the shuttle bay. Smiling cheerily at them, and waving off their apologies, he continued down the hall to sickbay.

Entering the room he glanced around, taking in the biobeds scattered about, and the soothing hum of the various pieces of equipment. Spotting a blue uniformed lieutenant he strode up wincing slightly and gently rolling his shoulder as his old injury flared slightly.

“Good morning Sir, Cadet Koerner reporting as ordered”.

His melodic Welsh accent cut through the air, as he brushed his slight red coloured fringe out of his brown eyes.

Vincent eagerly welcomed the Cadet into his team, which primarily consisted of nurses enlisted to assist in the ongoing training of the Academy contingent alongside the occasional ensign honing their medical skills. Additionally, there were the Cadet Medical Officers, who shared similar duties t9o the other cadets but possessed a higher level of medical responsibility.

“Ah, Cadet Koerner, it’s a pleasure to make your acquaintance. I trust your journey here wasn’t too arduous,” he remarked, keenly observing the Cadet’s subtle signs of discomfort. “Shall we begin with both your orientation to sickbay and address that discomfort you’re experiencing? What should I be doing?” he inquired, ready to begin their training and the Cadets onboarding.
