IC: The Department Head, a quaint Trill by the name of Obiah Torrirs, came up behind him. They could not often be found in their office, as it was not their preferred place of dwelling, especially not during shift. Raising an eyebrow, they stepped to the side, gently tapping his shoulder, to get his attention. Clearing their throat, they smiled a bit. “Cadet?” They inquired, “Hello there. My name is Doctor Lieutenant Obiah Torrirs. You must be the new Cadet, yes?”
