Feeling the thump of the mooring clamps connect to the ship, Alex slaved the Challengers computer to the station and authenticated resource transfer. =/\=Sheridan to bridge, all moorings show green and all umbilicals are connected, permission to begin work on the refit?=/\=
In anticipation for the all clear from the bridge, Alex sent a service request to the XO to get a list of the systems that were being overhauled.

Having finished coordinating the work, Alex had decided that the best place to start was the power distribution system as it was the basis of all other operational systems, Upgrading it first would mean he could bring new systems online as they were finished. He found his way to the bridge, where he would start…

The major part of the refit had gotten underway yesterday and it was only now, in the early hours of the morning that Alex found the time to report on the overhaul of the EPS grid: Everything had gone relatively smoothly with the exception of main engineering, since all of the ships systems were being upgraded the system had surpassed its maximum loading. Alex thought he had calculated for this increase but apparently not, the problem was easy enough to solve however, and took only took an hour or so once he had the necessary parts. now that everything had been worked out with the EPS grid he could move on to the big stuff: engines, computer systems, life support, shields, etc.
