Javal was just on his way down to the holodeck when he heard the comm message from Jordy. He gave his reply to Kleine in person, appearing just behind him, his uniform a bit tussled by his quick jaunt there.

“Hello Mr. Kleine, I just got off my shift at Sickbay. I am…looking forward to any ideas you might have in mind for us,” he said.

Jordy startled turning around. ‘Your fast,and don’t do that again please. What kind of programs do you like? I like programs with adventure.’

I didn’t occur to him then, but perhaps Javal might’ve given Jordy a bit of fright by appearing so suddenly behind him.

“Ah, my apologies,” he said simply in reply. He thought for a moment about what humans would consider “fun.” Vulcans typically don’t engage in excursions for the purpose of entertainment in of itself, but perhaps an activity whereby both he and his companion could show personal growth in a stimulating environment would be most logical. In that case, Jordy’s mention of “adventure” could meet such a goal.

“Yes, I might have an idea that could meet the description of ‘adventure.’ Back on my home world of Vulcan, there is a region just outside the city of ShiKahr called the Vulcan’s Forge. It is a large desert region, dotted with verdant forests in certain parts, and it is known to contain all kinds of intriguing fauna, many of them quite dangerous. Would this suffice?”

‘Sounds fun, but maybe we can have a starfleet adventure but this time we are captain and first officer see how that feels we
learn also how it is to be that position and we can make a adventure mission.’

Javal gave a look of approval at Kleine’s suggestion.

“Yes, that is a very intriguing suggestion. Perhaps we can hold off on the Vulcan’s Forge idea for another time. If we are to be captain and first officer, what post do you want to assume?”

“Not at all. I think first officer would fit me just fine. Now then, ‘Captain,’ what is our heading for this ‘adventure’ of yours?”

Javal walked in behind Kleine, and took a moment to take in the scene. The sight of the bridge of such a famous vessel as the USS Enterprise-D was truly amazing to behold.

“Fascinating,” he said, taking it all in.

Javal was taken a little aback by the mention of Ambassador Spock, who was arguably one of the most renowned Vulcans ever to live, even if he failed to prevent the detonation of the supernova that destroyed Romulus.

“Yes Captain, we best not keep the Ambassador waiting,” he said, eagerly following Kleine to the transporter room.

They arrived just in time because the second they went in the room spock beamed on the ship. Jordy did the vulcan salute.’Ambassader welcome to the enterprise my first officer wil help you and escort you to your quarters’. Jordy went back to the bridge.
