Korczak had met with most of the Cadets and the Captain, but he had yet to meet the Executive Officer of the Challenger. He had read his file and the fitness report from the previous Counselor who seemed to have a good deal of respect for the man. Korczak hoped that impression would hold, as it made working with people much less difficult if you could respect them.
