Reading to data provided by the computer, nothing particular shows up, which was pretty comforting. “Everything seems to be alright. In my opinion, you pass.”, said the doctor, taking his PaDD and approving his medical exam.

That was…fast. Which made sense given everything was expectedly top-of-the line tech onboard Starfleet vessels, it still felt odd the entire thing took so little time overall. A small part of him sort of felt like he’d cheated the system somehow given the ease of it.

“That’s good to hear! Is it just preliminary results from that or is it a full inspection all at once? Medicine isn’t really my strong suite so most of this is a mystery to me beyond basic aid.” It takes a second to right himself on the bed, readjusting his uniform where it had started to ride up with the action. He was curious about Medical for more than passing reasons - it was safe to assume a similar set up might save his life years down the line when he was in the fleet proper, and it was reassuring to have some knowledge of what it was that would be doing the life-saving.

Aaron replied: “No, it was a full test. Not only it helped me see if you have any problems, but it also let me have your data for further examination if you have any problems without being on-board, like… on a distant planet.” Touching the bed, he said: “They are fast, aren’t they? Those are classical one, but some of them are designed for emergency treatment or surgeon. But we mostly use those, and I hope we’ll only use them.”

“Good to know I’m doing alright at a glance at least. Thank you for the exam, sir.”

The doctor smiled at him: “The pleasure is mine. And if you ever have a medical issue, we are always open.”
