Almost done with these check-ins, M’rahja thought as she strode down the hallway. They were tedious, but taught her a lot about the senior staff and their command style. She could see herself getting along with Lieutenant Anders rather well, and wondered what sort of musical mischief they could get up too. It’d be nice to have new people to play with. Her medical check-in was equally smooth and M’rahja knew she was in good hands there. Security personnel see the sick bay quite a lot after all.

And now all that’s left is her (second) meeting with the ship’s counselor. Here’s hoping she’ll be three for three with smooth introductions. She hit the button for the door chime, then entered when the doors slid open. “Well, here I am.” M’rahja greeted Lieutenant Commander Lofton in a light and comfortable lit, “Reporting for my check-in. Shall we get started?” Nothing to it.
