Cadet M’rahja Ko entered the office of her Chief of Security and came to perfect parade rest before her department head, “Cadet Ko reporting for duty, sir” she said, rolling the r’s in her words. She spoke excellent standard otherwise.

M’rahja stood tall and straight in her crisp uniform, and perfectly still. She was not prone to fidgeting or any desire to shift or shuffle about. An easy smile graced her face, and did little to hide the excitement she felt. Soon, all the classes and training would pay off and she’ll be off among the stars.

Cadet Ko (Security)

Lieutenant Junior Grade Kyle Anders smiled as he saw the Cadet enter the room, “At ease Cadet,” he said, “Please, have a seat.” Anders grabbed the PADD at the corner of his desk and pulled up Ko’s file, she had an exemplary record with tactical distinctions in particular.
“So, tell me Cadet, why Starfleet, and why the Security division in particular?”
