Sapeth was looking over his duty roster when he noticed one cadet had checked in to the Challenger, but had yet failed to report in yet. While he did not expect a Cadet to run through the halls of the Challenger, and unless it was an emergency was definitely not encouraged, he did expect for one to report in, in a timely manner.
