Sera had finished with her paperwork for the day, but knew she had one more meeting to go to before she could call it a night. Most people feared their boarding psych evaluation, but she generally found them relatively painless.

Her job was to watch over the physical well being of the crew, the CNS was meant to watch over the mental well being. In some ways, she felt it was more important than ever that she got along well, at least professionally, with the CNS onboard every ship she’d been assigned to. They were partners in that sense.

She rang the chime, hoping the Counselor was in.
