Vanessa leaned back against the sofa, stretching her arms over her head. Paperwork was her least favorite part of the job, but records needed to be kept. She stood and approached the replicator. a hot chocolate would be god about now.

“Computer, hot-” She was interrupted by a violent rocking of the ship which threw her into the replicator. She just managed to get her hands up to prevent smashing her face into the wall.

“That is not good, she muttered, keeping herself steady against the wall. When no further shaking occurred, she grabbed her PADD and headed out the door to sickbay to assist with any patients they might get from such a violent moment.
