We are looking for our first recruit for the new XO In Training Program! This is super exciting time to get your feet wet as the XO on the Challenger as you learn the in’s and out’s of running a ship in STF!

Interested? Awesome! We do have a few criteria for those who want to apply:
1. All applicants must have passed the DH Exam
2. Applicants must not have previously been an XO on any ship in STF previously.
3. Have served as a DH for 3 months (or been an active member of 6 months excluding time spent as a Cadet)
4. Have 2 recommendations from a CO, XO or GM you have previously served with

2. What are you looking to gain from this training program?
3. One thing you would be excited about if you got the position.
4. One thing that you are a little bit weary of if you got the position.

I highly recommend taking advantage of this opportunity. And not just for the newer players that are on board. Even if you’ve been in the club a while but haven’t taken that step to XO, this is a fantastic chance to get in and build something truly remarkable that this club I don’t think has seen before. And that is saying something considering the decades that this club has existed.

Even if you don’t have plans to become an XO anytime soon, talk to the Academy and at least get a feel for what that role will entail. Playing a Command character can be very challenging at times, but it is so much fun.
